The recycling of salvage papers at EVERBAL is the fruit of more than 35 years experience.

Its know-how allows it to export the 2/3 of its sales today. Resolutely turned towards the integral re-use of salved papers, EVERBAL manufacturers white and tinted papers from 100% recycled fibres.

EVERBAL makes quality recycled papers thanks to a clever production process, without e-inking, without optical brighteners, nor chlorine bleaching. This allows them to produce at least 100 kilos of good paper from 106 kilos of salvage papers!

The other de-inking and manufacturing processes involve considerable loses of fibre and of mineral filler (from 20 to 0%) thus producing significant amounts of waste to be eliminated.

The technology used and the rigorous production controls guarantee a remarkable quality; flatness, dimensional stability, machine runnability.

This writing and printing paper is especially designed for perfect offset printing, adapted for filling: folders, files, dividers. Thus, EVERBAL contributes largely to the production of the environment by generating little waste which is re-used in agricultural fertilizer.

The constant search for quality led EVERBAL to obtain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification, and other labels and approvals guaranteeing the respect of the environment and the controlled use of water.
